At DDFitness we've been helping people unlock their fitness potential for 21 amazing years! Led by Head Coach David, we've guided hundreds of individuals on their journey - whether thats building strength, transforming their health or smashing personal goals through 1:1 personal training. Our passion is simple: empowering people with the knowledge and tools to lead a strong, healthy life.
Over the past four years, alongside our in-person PT and small group sessions, we've developed a thriving online training community. We know that not everyone needs a personal trainer by their side for every session, so we've created an industry leading fitness plan that delivers structured, effective and scalable training for all levels.
Our online programme is the culmination of two decades of experience delivered through a dedicated app. It features proven training methods that are not only highly effective but also enjoyable. Whether you're training for strength, endurance or skill development this programme gives you the freedom, flexibility and expert guidance to train on your terms whilst still getting the results you deserve.

With over 21 years in the fitness industry I have built my career on scientific knowledge, real-world application and results driven training.
My background in Biology and Human Physiology (BSc) along with Level 3 Diplomas in Personal Training & Sports Therapy give me a deep understanding of human performance, movement mechanics and injury prevention and ensure every programme is designed with both progress and longevity in mind.
To refine my expertise I've earned specialist qualifications in Strength & Conditioning and Functional Fitness including
British Weightlifting (BWL) & UKSCA Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit L1 and CrossFit Gymnastics L1&2 coaching badges.
These qualifications, combined with decades of coaching experience, including founding and running two CrossFit boxes in the South East UK - notably CrossFit Connect, one of the first and most respected boxes in the country - has allowed me to create a programme that is both scientifically sound and battle-tested in the real world.
The result? A training system designed to help you build strength, move better and perform at your absolute best.
